Shipping Policy

Here's exactly what happens after you place an order with Shifa Herb, from confirmation to delivery.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you complete checkout, you'll receive an order confirmation by email (and WhatsApp, where available) with your order number and a summary of what you purchased. Keep this handy, you'll need it if you ever contact our support team.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Processing includes quality-checking your items and preparing them for handover to our courier partner. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframe & Delivery Expectations

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2-4 business days
  • Other cities across Pakistan: 3-7 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays outside our control can occasionally push delivery times slightly beyond this window.

We currently ship only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time, but it's something we're actively exploring as we grow.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a tracking number and courier link by email or WhatsApp. You can also visit our Track Your Order page for guidance on how to check your delivery status.

Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, regional disruptions, high order volumes, or courier network issues. If your order is running significantly later than expected, reach out to us and we'll look into it directly with the courier on your behalf.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a parcel is delayed or returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll contact you to confirm the correct details before re-sending it. Additional courier charges may apply in these cases.

Lost Parcels

If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long period, or a courier confirms a parcel is lost in transit, contact our support team with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution once the loss is confirmed.

Damaged Parcel Procedure

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the product before opening it further, if possible.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Shifaherb.pk.com@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
  3. Include your order number and the photos with your message.
